Possibly influenced by Neverland of Peter Pan fame.

    ‘neither regions’ is also pretty common. Examples:

    As I journeyed forth into the neither regions between the past and the present
    … I have been through the dark chasm of the neither regions. …

    Then, Magic will start to circle the drain, and dissapear into the neither regions.…

    What a pain in the neither regions this has become over a three or four hundred dollar part.…
