Last night I heard someone say “unindated” in place of “inundated.” Not an eggcorn. More of a spoonerism, I think. Though there is a sort of semantic pull at work-the prefix “un-” wants to play its workaday role, that of initiating a negating concept.
Turns out that this switch is common and previously noted. It’s in the Urban Dictionary and also on this language blog. Google shows hundreds of examples.
