Police said an autospy will determine how the child died.

Should You Get An Autospy After An Accidential Death or Malpractice in Florida?

Medico-Legal Autospy Research – ResearchGate

An autospy is scheduled for Wednesday morning. The sheriff says the driver of the SUV was [name].

Certainly a typo (metathesis). But it somehow seems like the techy aura of “auto-” along with a kind of carefully observant investigation into what may be nefarious doings may conceivably be influencing things as well. (There are many hits.)
I might suggest that if you have suffered an Accidential Death in Florida you do indeed get an Autospy―it might save your life.
