I didn’t “see” this one using the search feature here, so thought I’d give it a go and hope it is, in fact, an eggcorn. Here is the context: “I can understand a see and eye dog..but a pet that is not a service animal just is crazy.”
Aside from the “see and eye dog,” I like the conclusion that a pet that’s not a service animal must be crazy. I’m still trying to parse “see and eye,” in any case.
