When intimidating is broken between lines of text, it looks like intimi—dating. I ran across that split and wondered if others had built an image based on dating. The hits I found are so strange that I hesitate to say they are eggcorns, though they do quack that way. Getting in your face can be intimate, in a sense, I guess.
