Seen this week on the conservation website Arkive. If it makes sense to the originator, I think it might be thought of as “not to be taken lightly”, although of course it says the opposite. Otherwise it might be a blend with “not to be trifled with”. There are quite a few hits out there.

Another variant evokes one of the best eggcorns of all time, a force to be wrecking with.

Homa is becoming the next big stop for all us foodies! This place is a force not to be wrecken with!
