"all train vehicle" for "all terrain vehicle"

I’m not sure that this is an eggcorn, so I’ve posted it down here in “Slips, etc.” Nevertheless, I guess there’s the possibility that some of the users may be thinking of a vehicle’s “train drive.” This is hard to search for since actuaries and others are out there logging “all train vehicle collisions/crashes,” etc. But I don’t think I can muster more than say 20 instances tops. Examples:

The exercise groups were run in 2 teams of 8 dogs and 1 team of 7 dogs, in front of an All Train Vehicle (ATV) for consistency, with no relevance to which group they were in.

Duffy. “Total antioxidant power in sled dogs supplemented with blueberries and the comparison of blood parameters associated with exercise.” Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology – Part A: Molecular & Integrative Physiology, Volume 147, Issue 4, August 2007, Pages 863-867]

Referring to FIG. 1 showing the left side of a straddle-type four-wheel all-train vehicle, which is one of the off road vehicle having a water-cooled engine provided with a cooling system in a preferred embodiment according to the present invention, the all-train vehicle has a body frame F, right and left front wheels 1 suspended from a front part of the body frame F [. . .].

The present invention relates to a tank cap of a fuel tank which is mainly applied to a motorcycle, an all train vehicle or other vehicle.

The last citation may just be some kind of slip; a few lines later, the same site uses the correct “all terrain vehicle.” They do consistently employ “Anastazi” rather than “Anasazi” throughout the page, however. The more familiar name “Anastasia” is probably exerting a bit of influence here.
