Not much there we haven’t covered. Except “foe par” for “faux pas.” It does occur in the wild, but I can’t make any eggcornish sense out of the mistake. Seems more like a malaprop.
The author’s thought that “card shark” is the most common eggcorn is compromised by the fact that “card sharp” and “card shark” may be independent coinages. See https://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/card-sharp.html for example.
