    Here’s another “highbred” sighting:

    Let users have a highbred of the current IE and Firefox interfaces with the fantastic security, rendering, and standards support of Mozilla.

    This is from blogs.msdn.com/rssteam/ar… about 2/3s of the way down the page.

    Google turns up a lot of instances of “highbred” that appear to me to actually be correct (and not just as a trade name), though that perhaps correct usage seems to shade quite quickly into confusion with “hybrid.”
