I object to the fact that people in the building industry often refer to a disabled toilet. If it is disabled then it doesnt work properly. Similarly disabled people are often labled as such when often they have much more ability in other fields. For instance I cant play football very well but am I a disabled football player?
Hence the term dislabled toilet which I often say but is almost always misunderstood.
