"taco shells" for "cockle shells"

When I was a child in the 1970s, there was a jump rope rhyme that began

Blue bells
Cockle shells
Easy ivy over

It has now become:

Blue Bells
Taco shells
Evvie ivy over

Indeed, “taco shells” are more familar than “cockle shells”. The change makes sense.
