Not that swapping out one vowel for another is a very exciting eggcorn, but still: does it qualify? It’s new to me; I just came across it in the comments at the bottom of a blog post. Googling it produces quite a few results – some of them are obviously punning by headline writers, but many of them do seem to be a conflation of “Congo” and “conga” (or so you’d assume).

I think it would probably qualify as an eggcorn. You might want to discuss the mistaken imagery that would lead to it.
