This is a converse to the preceding eggcorn. The ‘glass ceiling’ is the invisible barrier to intitutional advancement that women and other minorities face. The eggcorn version views woman as sealled into their ghettoized and inferior employment status. Examples:
Join a company with a heart for women. They support women and children in need. There is no glass sealing with this compnay.
