"High anal hernia" for "hiatal hernia"

A neighbor of mine frequently mentions the pain caused by his “high anal hernia.” Since a hiatal hernia occurs in the upper part of the stomach, I assume he has a basic grasp of anatomy and has concluded that the hernia is at the part of his digestive tract that’s higher from the ground than the exit point. The “high anus”, if you will.

By the way, the page also contains a couple of other tenuous eggcorns such as “mammy-o-grams” and “prostrate glands.” Funny!
