There are a few examples with the construction -(up)on.

That we impinch upon the soveriegnty of all nations?
does not result from the actual bones impinching on those nerves
Note: The last example leads to a relevant alternative use. There are several that look more like pinch>impinch especially where we’d expected to find the simple ‘pinched nerved’ or ‘impinch a/the nerve’ and so may not be eggcorns but simple affixing on the expected verb—
My arms cannot be moved without impinching a nerve
our joints become even more impinched, as does the cartilage between the vertebrae in our spine,

Nice one. I don’t think this one has been covered before, and it seems immediately obvious that it works as an eggcorn.
I also like the notion of an “impinched nerve.” It captures both the notion of a pinched nerve and a nerve with something impinging upon it. So, we might actually have TWO eggcorns in your post:
impinge—-> impinch
pinch—-> impinch (by association with impinge)
