Of course it could be a simple misspelling, but
the parallel with (spoken) rap suggests an eggcorn.

I believe “that’s a wrap” is movie director lingo for wrapping up a production or a scene or a shot—it’s finished. Not sure there’s an eggcornish meaning connection, though. “Rap” as in talking—all is said and done? Seems like a stretch. Probably just a misspelling.
