"end-laws" for "in-laws"

I’m told that some people really like their in-laws. Really. But a few of the writers cited below may view their spouse’s relations as minions of Chaos, bent on bringing an end to the rule of Law itself. Or maybe this is just a complex misspelling, driven by both the pen/pin merger and (through some “reverse logic”) by the assimilation of d in ndl clusters. Examples:
