Sustenance/Substanance – This is much like acorn/eggcorn. You can only eat one of them.
The cereal and banana supplies alot of substanance without fat and heaviness.

When you say, “You can only eat one of them,” I presume one of ‘them’ is sustenance; is the other “substance”? As Adam Vero suggested in the older post, these reshapings seem to suggest something both substantial and sustaining.
