A nice bookend for Kem’s “bridemade.” It’s impossible to be sure that all instances of this aren’t just misspellings. But that combination of “passion” and “unbridaled” is certainly suggestive, esp. where erotic intent is made explicit. Marriage can feel like a check on passion, so that emotion without the “bridal” restraints may seem more intense. I won’t argue too loudly if TootsNYC declares it a non-eggcorn, but there are 448/130 r/ughits for this combo. Examples:
I’d only trade Reyes if I got a years supply of Coors Light, a night of unbridaled passion with Angelina & a child to be named later in return.

It started as a drunken joke a few weeks ago but got posponed as we both HAD to shave for Valentines day as we had promised our respective ladies a night of romance and unbridaled passion without the beards.

[also used a second time later in the same paragraph]
A mixture of natural pure boar bristles and nylon mean that it is kind to your locks, but will actually untangle the results of a night of unbridaled passion.

Also, for me, it speaks to the idea of an unobtainable love. I think Dracula was the quintessential “Alpha male” and a frustrated seeker of a true soul mate.
A few things I’ve found it to speak to of a sexual nature—Unbridaled passion, the desire to consume your intimate other, sexual prowess and power.

But profitability on the logical side was shadowed by the unbridaled passion the owner had for the food, the culture and the ambiance associated with Italian restaurants.

Edit: “Unbridal passion” (8 ughits) may be more convincing as an eggcorn, but I only thought of it after posting.

I’m not sure I’d buy eggcorn. I think it has MUCH more potential than either “bridemade” or “bridle shower,” but I think I’d want something a little more indicative of the “no more virginity/purity” connotation.

The spreading popularity of stag and doe parties may contribute to this eggcorn. “Unbridaled” may have the sense of “premarital.” The mysterious attraction of the “one last fling.”
Hatching new language, one eggcorn at a time.
