'low bar pneumonia' for 'lobar pneumonia'

Perhaps users see ‘bar’ as in ‘barometric’ and believe this to be a way of saying that the patient isn’t getting enough oxygen. (Or maybe I’m imputing sophistication where it doesn’t exist. ) Examples:
