I’m thinking this isn’t an eggcorn, but it’s bugging me so I’ll ask. There seems to be a verbification going around, and I find it hysteresisical. :-)

The word is actionable. Misused in business contexts as creating an action item, that is, a task that needs to be performed, when it really means creating the foundation of a lawsuit.

Since I’ve seen a product named with this usage, I figured I’d ask if I’m mistaken before laughing at it publicly. The fellow in charge of the product development seems a nice enough guy…
