This seems surprisingly common with 204 ughits for ‘good repour’ alone. It’s clear those using it have heard ‘rapport’ spoken, and when writing it have employed a possibly eggcornish interpretation. Perhaps having a ‘repour’ with someone means having more than one drink together?

This one’s standard for my wife and some others I know, though they tend to spell it “repore” (over 3k ghits). I don’t think it’s particularly eggcornish: just trying to spell an unfamiliar word in some way reasonably close to how you hear it pronounced.
If anybody actually thinks of pouring more drinks, of course, that would be eggcornish. But many of the “repour” spelling may be the same thing as “repore”.
