Inspired by Joe’s ‘Grammar-based reshapings’ and more specifically by David’s nudest colony, I ran a Google search for {+nuder pet} and found 8,670 raw hits. Some of these are not the reshaping I had in mind.
How ‘bout this? You can be nude in parts… “My legs are clothed, but my arms are nude.” Use it to mean “bare”. That way someone could be nuder than someone else, in having more exposed parts.

(Further down on the page is an unrelated reference to “pet peeve”.)
A number of the hits do seem to intend neuter.
Why We Should Not Nuder or Spade Our Cats After They’ve Mated

It is better to nuder your dog after they have finished growing (emune system, overall health, etc) ?

Spaying, or having your pet nudered is not something to just decide on.

Most of these seem to be pronunciation spellings. I haven’t found any reference to nuder that combines the “sterilized” and “bare” senses.
By the way, spade for spay seems like a grammar-based reshaping, via spayed. Though I suppose that is rather the reverse of what Joe had in mind?

Oh, here is Craig C Clarke’s *“Nudered” for neutered* from 2007. I missed it by searching for “nuder” without the final -ed.
