"Bankrubbed" and "bankrobbed" for bankrupt

Bankrubbed as in “rubbed out” – an eggcorn for the times. There are two score of these.

Calling Elvis:
a fact is,that has he not died(and had kept up his lifestile)he would have been bankrubbed within a year..
again,he was constantly making money,so perhaps it would have turned out okay…

World Cup fears:
grant never say what a bunch of kak people said that about GM will never go bankrubbed and look the world s kak is only starting now

Chat:
The heart and the brain are just not in tune right now. The heart says “go ahead, get yourself bankrubbed” and the brain says “hold your horses right there sonny”.

Forum:
Republican G.W. Bushs policies bankrubbed the United States in only 12 years

Maybe it’s the bank itself that took your money, in which case you go bankrobbed. There are a dozen of these.

Should this be the reason so many clubs go bankrobbed these days in Berlin?
