Two neologisms in one sentence

I’ve been working in the local Census Bureau office lately and, in sorting through memos that we receive from “listers” who work in the field, I came across this sentence:

“There are multiple Living Quarters on the property which I identicated in the location describition on my Hand-Held Computer.”

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered two good neologisms in one sentence before. Even though “identicated” and “describition” are both presumably accidental, I think they’re great.
