The second of these is a kind of folk etymology that happens to be right, The third seems to be the most illiterate: it has a stab at “letter” but can’t even manage that. Apparently it is used ironically by computer geeks, according to urbandictionary but by no means all the examples appear to be tongue-in-cheek. At any rate, if not done on purpose it is one of the least opportune words to misspell, apart from misspell.
