disingenious for disingenuous

Australia: heard on ABC free-to-air TV, “The 7:30 Report”, Wednesday 2 November. The Federal Minister for Workplace Relations, Kevin Andrews, in debate with Greg Combet, representing the unions, over Australia’s new industrial laws:

“The unions claim [x,y,z,] but that argument is disingenious.”

Combet seemed to pick it up – he smiled and made some reply but unfortunately it was inaudible.

Re: disingenious for disingenuous

OR – I later realise – perhaps we should spell that “disingenius”?
