Tankless hot water systems are increasingly popular because of their efficiency. They generate hot water on demand only, rather than keeping a supply on hand in a tank. In my limited experience, the older installations led to a lot of cold showers- hence, perhaps, the ‘thankless’ designation. I expected to find a number of cute and ironic posts, but didn’t. Excluding typos is harder. Examples-
