In BrEnglish – though not, apparently, in Italian – the term al fresco is commonly used to describe eating outdoors. This, or indeed any other activity undertaken in the fresh air rather than indoors, can be reinterpreted as al freshco.
Many offer good home cooked food and a good selection of local real ales, some have lovely beer gardens which are lovely for families or to dine al-freshco …
Al freshco jacuzzi & shower. 2 bedrooms with its own bathroom. Living room. Air conditioning and ceiling fans.
A second courtyard encases gardens and al freshco shower.

We use “al fresco” in the US as well. And several people also appear to use “al fresca”. The Spanish “a la fresca” appears to mean the same as the Italian “al fresco”, but “al fresca” is probably coming from a blend of “al fresco” with the soda (Fresca) or from various menus which appear to use “al fresca” to indicate something made with particularly fresh ingredients.
