"get treat of" for "get rid of"

In some dialects, or at least for some speakers of English, get treat of and get rid of are indistinguishable phonetically. I suppose they see the first as some sort of conjugation that means get treated for to get rid of.

do I need to do all the listed steps or just one of them to get treat of these virus or whatever it called?
