I really like this reanalysis of idiot. My unselfconscious pronunciation of itty it would be indistinguishable. An itty it would be a small thing, a tiny worm, a nit. The eggcorn is an itty bitty, sound-reduplicative double yolker.
If you take you time and don’t drive like an itty it, you will be fine!!!
