"Take it in (your) strike" for 'stride'

Fourteen hits, all from young Southeast Asians in tough straits, especially Singaporeans. Seven hits for “take it in your strike”. It might refer to the strike zone of baseball; to take it there might mean that it’s potentially dangerous but manageable. Or one might overcome it as part of your attack, as in a military strike. Or maybe just a malapropism, of course.

That’s about it. I’m sure at some points there will be major surprises but I’m going to take it in my strike. After all, life doesn’t always go according to plan. =)

Instead of feelings of self-pity like alot of people, I take it in my strike, and embrace this new found “ME” time I have which comes with this job.

I just have to take it in my strike and tell myself that I’ve just got myself a very expensive lesson in life.

I was lost..very lost…nonetheless…i decided to face it…take it in my strike…
