"Pigment" seahorse for Pygmy

The caption for a BBC Earth video on youtube has an interesting new species:

Marine life must adopt an array of disguises if they are to keep out of trouble. From sand-skimming flounders with their chameleon-like skin to pigment seahorses virtually undetectable nestled in sea fans, their ability to impersonate and deceive are critical to evading the predators of the deep.

A handful of others also think these colourfully camouflaged little fish are “pigment seahorses.”

Managed to snap a pic of this tiny pigment seahorse
