"per capital" for "per capita"

Net Debt Per Capital
The debt a government holds divided by the number of citizens under that government’s jurisdiction.

What is the per-capital real GDP?

What is the Per capital GNP of Marshall Island?

This has some plausibility as an eggcorn when money is being discussed, as the perps could be thinking of “capital” in the financial sense.
