botched periodic table

So, where are eggcorns?

Perhaps they are subatomic particles that effect the larger changes that lead to elements.

I think they are like superpositions of state. Schrodinger’s grammar. The perps open the words from the other side.

Re: botched periodic table

I always hate these so called infographics that use the periodic table layout to simply jazz up what is otherwise a simple list, possibly grouped into categories.
The beauty of the real periodic table is that elements in columns have things in common (both atomically and as physical or chemical properties), and so do rows. There is a natural order to it by atomic number. And some of that order is reflected in the periodicity of the elements (due to electron shell arrangements, under old-school, pre-QED models of the atom).

Re: botched periodic table

The periodic arrangement made me look at the various rows and columns to find common “valences.” Couldn’t find them, though.
