recrewt << recruit

Quite a number of examples of “recrewt” and “recrewted” on web pages (for “recruit” and “recruited”). Enlisting new recruits is a way of re-crewing.

Gamer site: “When you join a group tell the person who is the leader of the group that I recrewted you.”

Web journal: “I recrewted Scott and Ed, both who love to explore old tunnels here on O`ahu, to go along and seek out the Poamoho Tunnel.”

Web fiction: “I teliported back to my home in Bolton, and all my friend’s were there, waiting for me. I had recrewted several of my old high school friends in to the Death Vally, my organization name.”

More gamers: “And since you missing quite a few characters, you should be able to recrewt like at leat 5-6 or something monsters.”
