'endema' for 'enema'

Most examples refer to edema/oedema, but there remain a few likely contenders. I wonder whether familiarity with the use of an endoscope has helped such misinterpretation.

The leaves are boiled and the brew drank like tea. Also used as an endema. Scientific name: Blumea balsamifera.
