'Pullmanary' for 'pulmonary'

With its emphasis on constant movement and circulation this seems too obvious a Lehmann to have been missed, but a search revealed no sign.

He goes back to see the Rheumatoligist and Pullmanary Drs on Sept. 11.

Both my Oncologist and Pullmanary doctors stated this response is highly unusual for

Could be a Lehman. But hearing “pull” in “pulmonary” must be a widespread hidden eggcorn and changing the “o” in “pulmonary” to “a” is a common spelling mistake.

Of course, a number of people may already be parsing “Pullman” into “pull” and ‘man,” as we noted earlier on the Forum.
