"floatsam and jetsam"

“floatsam and jetsam” for “flotsam and jetsam”

This seems to be fairly common, although I’ve heard it spoken more often than I’ve seen it in print.

“Experience shows that specific ocean features such as water colour, turbidity, sea state, floatsam and jetsam, wave size and direction, wind patterns and climate features directly influence the availability of fish.”

“When I was a child I used to see that a great deal of floatsam and jetsam from distant countries had reached the shores of Tokyo Bay.”

“There is lots of floatsam and jetsam that has been collected and abandoned in nearly a century of time.”
