Explain it a bit. I suppose you are offering it as eggcorned from “hook, line and sinkerâ€. How does the (or, a) hotline or the centre fit in to the meaning? It is certainly a striking and complex malapropism, but not so clearly an eggcorn if it doesn’t make sense.
