The euphemistic expression collateral damage can be used to minimise the effect of unintended or accidental damage or death. Clatteral could possibly be reducing that effect to no more than incidental noise, though I’m having difficulty in simulating any conviction here.

Clatter all damage. I love it. It suggests a global picture of mayhem, destruction without regard to incidental suffering. Shatter all. It strikes me as a more honest accounting of the misdirected use of force. One of those eggcorns that is more apt than the acorn.
