This one’s been shoved in my face recently by dozens (it feels like, anyway) of ads offering to sell remedies of various sorts. E.g.
Baggy Eyes are Not Caused by Old Age! Meet the Main Enemy of Baggy Eyes!
[and we will sell you this cream or that dietary supplement to kill that enemy of yours/humanity’s/baggy eyes’ for you.]
It’s the only context I remember seeing or hearing it, and it may well be a single advertising agency that writes all these, but they are certainly treating it as standard. One might think of it as a meaning extension for “of”, or a malapropism of some sort.
