In the middle of anotherwise excellent documentary on Channel Four last night “Nuremburg: Goering’s Last stand” it was announced that “Goering intended to flaunt prison rules” I know he was an arrogant overbearing character, nevertheless I’m sure he intended to flout the rules not flaunt them
