Mispellings?

Two “misspellings” from a local newspaper on Sunshine Coast (Queensland, Australia)

One advert for a retirement village: “Applicants should be aware that residents may suffer from senile dimensure.”

Second gardening par: “Tomatoes can be susceptible to root rot due to nema toads (nematodes, a worm infesting tomatoes)

Re: Mispellings?

Do Nema Toads cause warts? Nema Toads sounds like a great eggcorn! Is Dimensure a word, or just the way you AntipiToadies talk? (I am not the Egg Toad. – Pay no attention to the Toad behind the curtain! – You probably will be hearing from Jabba The EggToad, with a definitive analysis soon.)
