'fetid cheese' for 'feta cheese'

Personally, I like the stuff. But some people don’t. About 100 ghits:

Rough Guides Travel…They have gyros and spanikopticka and Nagasaki and fetid cheese and all that Greek stuff. It’s really good, seriously. Just hard to spell.
