If you’ve ever stayed awake much much too long, you know that dreams can begin to invade your everyday life. The opposite state has been called lucid dreaming, where you become aware that you are dreaming, without necessarily completely disrupting the dream. I know lucid dreaming well – for several decades now I have never had a nightmare without knowing that it is only a dream while it is happening*. Your conscious mind is loosed in the dream world, and vice versa.
speaking of dreams, has anyone achieved loosed dreaming. this is when you become aware that you are dreaming

loosed dreaming is the official term. It is the art of controlling your dreams to the point of knowing that you are dreaming in the dream.

My favourite, although rare, is loose dreaming.
He is in that odd dreaming state where one sees himself as if he were watching through a hole in the wall. A state of loose dreaming, where you know you are there, and you can manipulate events to a certain extent before becoming too conscious to go on.
