"cluster phobic" for "claustrophobic"

“This home was built for an upper-middle-class family and would feel less boxy and cluster phobic in the interior layout.” From a comment on a picture on Facebook.

A Google search reveals some 4,000 examples, including one on TripAdvisor complaining about a “cluster phobic boutique” hotel with small rooms. According to the poster, the hotel also offers “happy hour with free bear before 6:30.” (Although it’s not an eggcorn, I offer the free bear as an extra treat.)

Obviously, if you are cluster phobic you object to things clustering around you.

Excellent eggcorns eventually form clusters. Another eggcornista overlooked the previous submission of clusterphobic (presumably because it didn’t include the acorn) when posting clusterphobia. A comedy of acorns, I think.
