A largely skeptical judgment was passed on “content of court” by Peter and nilep back in January (link). Arnold Zwicky comments on the contempt/content substitution on his blog.
There is an alternative when the court is not so contented: condemned of court. Not all of the examples put it so plainly but it is apparent that condemnation is the motivation for the following. Almost all are from South Asia, perhaps because of the way they pronounce their t. But the real jewel is from Tonga.

OH, ‘Alani Taione was there too and he snores in the court. Lucky that the Police don’t throw him out or in jail. Lepolo is always the same koki mouth. She quack, quawk, squeel, palalalalalala, cry and very ta’emahino. The Judge warned her twice that if she speaks out again she will be thrown in jail for condemned of court.

There are six other more ambiguous “condempt of court” cases, all from India.

“Condempt of court” is quite clever—blends “condemn” and “contempt.”

Hatching new language, one eggcorn at a time.

Reuniting long-separated familial strands: contempt is/was a nominalized form of contemn which was a once-standard phonological/orthographic variant of condemn (if I have that all right).
