It’s uncommon (and nonsensical) for the goddess herself to be referred to as ‘Palace Athena.’ But there seem to be an inordinate number of hotels and resorts with just that name. I think a bit of homophonic confusion must be involved. Examples:

“Palace Athena” as the name of an establishment seems to be an intentional pun that may have lost its punning connection-a pickled eggcorn.
But “Palace Athena” as the name of a goddess may have been coined independently of the hotel pun. An Apolling perversion of a good classical phrase, but, I think, an eggcorn.
