I love this one. It’s really hard to get a Google count on it. I got 2200 raw hits—but half of those are posts in Swedish, where the word seems to mean “the remaining portion, a leftover.” Googling “a restbit” only got me 56 unique hits, but nearly all of them looked like authentic (English) eggcorns. So this is still fairly rare, but a very nice find.
